Lista câștigătorilor Golden Globes are și un român anul acesta! Sebastian Stan a reușit să câștige un Glob de Aur pentru prestația sa din fimul A Different Man. Acesta a ieșit învingător la categoria Best Performance by a Male Actor în a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy”.

Cel mai important trofeu al serii, Best Motion Picture – Drama, a mers către filmul "The Brutalist". Una dintre surprizele serii a fost la categoria "cea mai bună actriță într-un film dramatic", acolo unde Fernanda Torres a învins nume mari precum Angelina Jolie, Kate Winslet, Nicole Kidman sau Pamela Anderson. Adrien Brody a luat trofeul pentru cel mai bun rol într-un film dramatic pentru The Brutalist.

Demi Moore a fost și ea pe lista câștigătorilor de la Golden Globes la categoria Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy.

În ceea ce privește serialele, nu au fost surprize mari: Shogun a luat cele mai importante trofee ale serii, la categoria cel mai bun serial dramatic, cea mai buna actriță și cel mai bun actor la categoria dramă.
