Rabdarea este o virtute atunci cand vine vorba despre sanatate, conform unei blogger-ite de fitness care a reusit sa aiba parte de o transformare remarcabila in 2 ani. 

Chloe Longstaff suferea de dureri de cap incredibile din cauza presiunii ridicate a sangelui, provocate de greutatea mare pe care o avea. Doi ani mai tarziu, femeia a reusit sa piarda 50 de kg intr-un mod sanatos. 

"Nu am slabit prin operatie sau prin pastile minune. Am slabit prin a avea un stil de viata sanatos si echilibrat cu multa mancare sanatoasa si exercitii fizice.", a scris femeia pe blog-ul ei.

In primele luni in care a tinut dieta, a slabit 2-3 kg pe saptamana, iar acum a ajuns instructor de fitness si un ghid pentru oamenii care doresc sa duca un stil de viata sanatos si sa poata avea grija cu kilogramele in plus. 

 

Spreading some #selflovesunday ❤ Looking back it makes sad to think I was fat when I was 14. I wasn't the average slim teenager (you needed to be stick thin to be considered thin at school), I was a bit bigger than most girls but I looking at me now I would NOT say I was fat (not that I would call anyone fat). I remember walking across the school playground being called fat, or in the classroom or even by strangers walking down the street. People don't realise how much their words can effect others and how much it hurt and bizzare that it actually made me think I was fat!!! I wish I loved my body then like I do now. I've overcome a lot of shit physically and mentally and I'm proud to be at a stage where I completely love my body. Yeah I still have bad days where I'm in a bad mood and think 'I wish I had a flat stomach with abs' etc, but then I snap out of it and realise what I do have. I'm not perfect but I'm ME and I've worked hard to be where I am (again physically and mentally). Loving my body also makes it a hell of a lot easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle because I actually want to take care of myself. ???? UPPER BODY ???? Lately I've been trying to train in the morning before work, it means waking up around 5.15am BUT it gets me started for the day and I have the evening to cook and relax.
